I suspect he's following the Georgia Guide Stones plan, or similar.

7.8 billion currently on the planet.

The Guide Stones indicate suggest a goal of no more than 500 million people globally.

He's actually working on a ~95% reduction.

Many genocide methods were tested and evaluated in the 50's 60's and 70's. The sprayed major US cities multiple times to test the effectiveness, etc.
I'm sure you've come across those stories.

IIRC, injection was determined to be the best way to reduce populations.

I'm close to certain that vaccinations selected as the tool, which is why we've been so aggressively propagandized and conditioned to blindly accept/support them.

It's my suspicions that the pandemics will all be faked, or minor in severity. This will scare most into getting vaccinated, and allow them to backdoorof the actual genocide. They'd love this, because if the public begs them for the solution, then the karma doesn't stick to them, it goes into the sheeple who demanded it.
