This is what I noticed in another article.

Most of the people catching Monkeypox and getting symptoms already have syphilis, HIV or both.

They aren't healthy people and frankly they aren't people who should be having unprotected anonymous sex either.

When WHO still had a handy dashboard online (it's dead now, the one I saw) it showed like 40% of the patients with gaypox had HIV too. These are not low-risk-lifestyle type of dudes.
