Mmmhhh, ding dongs! Growing up in Quebec, we didn't have Hostess products but we had these. Vachon cakes were a staple of my childhood. I'd have Little Debbie oatmeal cream cookies every day alas diabetus is creeping up on me.

Replacing butter and meat fats with vegetable fats is not a good idea, except maybe olive oil.

I'm trying to see if this guy had a crease in his ear but maybe he was too young to show it.

It's become a habit for me to see if they mention if and when the deceased got the jab.

Everybody's got their own idea for what constitutes a good diet, some are better than others, but I believe this person was reasonably healthy. That's why I suspect something else gave him a heart attack.

Of course not. India chefs don't actually cook India food at home. They have a wife for that.
