In the situation this describes, there wouldn't be people of any other ethnicity either. It is unlikely for the entire world to be 100% diverse, but if it was, there would likely be enough mixing to make race cease to exist entirely.

This is one of the few posts I have seen on this sub that is reasonably insightful, even if my viewpoint is slightly different from it. Good job :)

Exactly. I think the ideology of ethnic or cultural nationalism would be more popular if people extended it to other cultures as well. No one wants their culture destroyed, so it would reach more ears.
