Our Google searches are archived???

Yeah, that's a naive question, but I guess some murderers do not consider that.

If Google provides answers to help a murderer, does that make Google an accomplice to a crime? Maybe Google gets out of its trouble by turning over the search queries to an investigation. I still think Google could be found guilty.
