I noticed a couple of guys at 2am opposite my home last year cutting one out of my neighbours car, I yelled out the window for them to fuck off and they scattered like rats. It's amazing how much they think they can get away with relying solely on others fear and laziness. I guess they are right because nobody would even give a fuck these days, much less do anything about it.
