That's not what the paper says. They're saying they need to do better making vaccines work and this one virus, EXACTLY like the flu virus, was kinda tricky.

They do manage to say pesky regulatory frameworks are a problem, and shit all over the idea of natural acquired immunity. It's some sneaky propaganda, conflating "years long really good acquired immunity" with "lasts a few months poor jab immunity" and pretends the covid jabs were adequate.

His published Article states vaccines don't work. Using it as a motivation to "try better" doesn't change this fact. He's taking a negative and flipping it to try and push things in the opposite direction of reality. His stated 'opinions' are motivated by profits, not facts.
