Would be interesting if true.

Moderna was ModeRNA Therapeutics during 2010-18, and became Moderna and had their IPO in 2018, long before COVID19. A source.

BioNTech was founded in 2008...

biontech was not founded in 2008, last I checked it was founded in 2014. They started working on mRNA in 2016.

Both moderna and biontech had never made any drugs or vaccines before that were approved. biontech went public October 2019 and the month before received $55 million from gates foundation. Then few months later they had the mRNA cure for the pandemic. Their stock price went up from low digits to 300. If you put in 55 million in October 2019 would be worth over $4 billion now.

What's really bizarre is that there were US researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology coronovirus lab in October 2019, and earlier, on a regular basis. Regarding the lab itself, more information here. Warnings about a mysterious flu in Wuhan were issued by US counterparts in Wuhan, via military channels late in October 2019. Those who are engaged in insider trading, and who know of the SARS virus history (since 2002), could have begun investing in October or November, and certainlly by February. Also interesting:

Between 2014 and 2018, many research results on mRNA mechanisms were published by BioNTech. Collaborations and commercialization programs were concluded with various companies and scientific institutions starting in 2015. During this period, BioNTech filed several patent applications and developed a multi-layered strategy to protect its intellectual property in the various technology platforms and their application in the treatment of cancer and other serious diseases.

In August 2018, the company entered into a multi-year research and development (R&D) collaboration with the US company Pfizer Inc. to develop mRNA-based vaccines for prevention of influenza. Under the terms of the agreement, following BioNTech's completion of a first-in-human clinical study, Pfizer would assume sole responsibility for further clinical development and commercialization of mRNA-based flu vaccines.

But this is ONLY circumstantial evidence, nothing that definitely ties these companies to the outbreak, even if we can find potential links. I think we should keep looking for evidence, however.

Look at the company that did the trials that they used for approval. Some smaller company out of Texas that had never realy done any large clinical studies before. A bunch of people left a larger clinical study corporation the months before they got the big pfizer clinical trial contract and "took over" this smaller company. Reeks of fraud all over this thing.

The trials are also in the form of 8 billion shots that have been administered. If there had been problems with the initial trials, the vaccine would not have been administered. It would have been very costly for the companies.

There was problems (deaths and side effects in significant numbers) in the clinical trials but they were approved anyway, they call it acceptable risk. Yes, we have seen millions of people had their health negatively affected around the world.

If 5-15% of the vaccines are deadly doses, the other 85% get saline solution and become advocates of the vaccines, claiming they had no issues. With every subsequent booster someone takes they are increasing their chances of getting a deadly dose from one of the deadly batches.

One study of the reports found 5% of the batches accounted for 100% of the worst negative health side effects.

If they killed everyone at one time that would be noticeable, instead they kill 5% in every dose and that goes unnoticed, well by some. Not to mention all the people with long term health problems that are not immediately visible. 5-10 years later people could drop dead and by then their death is not associated with the 5 mRNA they took 10 years ago. Hell you could drop dead within the hour after the mRNA and you will still struggle to convince the medical establishment that it was the mRNA that caused it.

Consider your sources. There are a number anti-vax disinformation websites (some at /s/shitpostnews) that are devoted to spreading lies. For reliable information on some of the problems see medical journals via PubMed &c (eg. re. blood clots in 2 or 3 dozen younger people that were easily treated and the that AZ vaccine removed from administration for younger people). Contrast those reports of - say - a few dozen people at most, with 8 billion doses administered. No one died. The clots were easily treated with blood thinners. And it is not known if the vaccine was the direct cause.
