This came up yesterday, but Black Seed Oil has a -quine compound in it.

I started taking notes from our Facebook group. I also have a few questions for our community.

This kind of crowd sourced info can go on Projex.Wiki when we get it up. Might as well post it here for now.

Q: How long did your flu last?

Q: How much of your supplements were used up with your flu?

Q: Would it be worth making "flu kits" for folks who can't afford to get a new full bottle of all the supplements?

If only 1 or 2 weeks worth is necessary, perhaps they can be divided and delivered to help more people.

Recommendations (not in order of importance):

  • Vitamin D
    • 5000u/day
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin A
  • Quercetin
    • for immunity
  • Zinc
    • 10mg/day
    • 50mg/day
  • Copper
    • to be taken separately from zinc (1 morning, 1 evening)
  • Magnesium
  • NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, for soup broth
  • Elderberry syrup
  • Hydroxychloroquine (HQC)
    • HQC might be better than Ivermectin with fewer side effects
  • Ivermectin (IVM)
  • Black pepper seed
    • It’s Ivermectin that works, without any side effects to speak of with Ivermectin.
    • After a while IVM and started bringing back former heart issues.
  • Hydrogen peroxide inhaled in normal saline
  • Grapefruit seed extract
    • Very powerful extract.
  • Wormwood
  • White Pine tree tea

Stores:

  • Nutrition House, Amazon.ca
  • iHerm.ca
  • Tony, on Howard Ave. (formerly on Ottawa St.), Windsor, ON, independz@yahoo.com

Feel free to offer your own information to add.

NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine)

They probably put this on the vomit flavored jelly bellies.
The new standard for revolting flavor. It stays with you.

Recommended for those with vaccine injuries. IIRC.

After a while IVM and started bringing back former heart issues.

What does this mean?

Right, but are you saying that after taking Ivermectin for a while you had a recurrence of heart issues? What heart issues?

Sorry I wasn't clear.

These are notes from Facebook. Someone else claimed they had heart problems. All of the above is stuff claimed and reported by others. I have no idea if wormwood or white pine tea is of any use.

Black seed or nigella can be used in cooking for an onion flavour, most commonly in naan breads.

You should be able to buy it quite easily and add it into food so you don't have to rely on supplements.

Quinine extract, also has a quine compound in it.

Edit: Tonic water often has quinine added.

Quinine was added to tonic water, and consumed as a profolactic against malaria.

Some tonic waters are 'quinine free'.

Gin and tonic: The apothecary's cure for Covid.
