Serious question. Why are there no biohazard bins for used masks and gloves if this virus is so contagious and deadly?

at first they thought it was on surfaces so they said to clean tables a lot and wash your hands a lot. I think that never made sense because a virus is so small it easily floats in the air just like dust or other tiny particles. You breath it in. So it doesn't make sense to wear gloves, masks I can kind of see, although the main issue now is the vaccines. You can be 100% clean and wear masks at all time but then you willingly get yourself vaccinated and get heart problems.
