This meme was originally about "trickle-down" economics. The dumbasses who voted for these Republicans believed that such a thing might work, whereas these guys knew it would be the start of the extreme income inequality that would benefit ONLY the 1%. Now the same Republican portion of the 1% pay people to make memes that will brainwash the 99% yet again. If they don't take injections and wear masks (because FREEDUMB), the virus mutates and expands to more people, the lockdowns continue, and the 1% get richer. Many in the 99% who see this meme haven't a clue that it's making fun of them in much the same way the original meme made fun of them.
