Everything else counts. Do you remember that female doctor (nurse?) about a year ago in one of the northern states, maybe Minnesota, who made a video showing an official mandate from 'medical authorities' to list every possible death as "from covid-19". The criteria was a positive test, or anyone who was even suspected to have had it, even if there was no testing or other evidence. If you were shot to death, and having the flu couldn't be ruled out, you were listed as a covid-19 death.

The mandate was either from the states chief medical officer, or from the feds. I forget which. But they do this stuff openly now, and most just accept it.
