no one is talking about myelin, of course. everything is about inflammation and cytokine storms, but at least the clues are all in place.

the big bottles of high omega-3 fish oil tablets are fine. very cheap, contain what you need.

go fancy if you have the money, but its just a matter of taste

Maybe. Yet I think it is important to note that foods high in Omega-3 are also high in tissue salts. Namely Kali Mur, Kali Phos, Kali Sulph.

i talk about omega-3 because of the remyelinating aspect. so go tissue salts, but the omega-3 is needed to build myelin.
