I was born there 50 years ago and lived there 10-12 years ago on Taunton in Fernwood, and had a place in Commercial in Vancouver where I was directing animation half the week. It would have been better without the 2008 crash and me trying anti-depressant poisons.

That path looks new. No buildings I recognize. Looks higher up, like by the Mile Zero beaches or something.
