That scheming Corona, how many more will she trick us into killing?

This quote from the article is spot on!

"While deaths in care homes of people who take the vaccine are described as normal and nothing to do with the vaccine, some would suggest that you could make the exact same argument about deaths of those with multiple comorbidities in care homes that were put down to COVID.

Many have and have been shouted down for doing so."

This is just getting ridiculously sad lol.

basically this says theyre trying to kill the elderly. those they claim are the most vulnerable are now just opposition voters growing older while collecting what they worked for and never dying soon enough so the young cucks can grab some dole instead.

I'm skeptical of the vaccine myself, but their point here still stands. Just as dying with COVID doesn't necessarily mean one has died of COVID, there will be those who die after taking the vaccine and it doesn't necessarily mean the vaccine caused their death.

No, the reason people in assisted living and nursing homes are dying in bigger rates is because the "precautions" they are taking to "keep them safe" are actually making them sicker: https://saidit.net/s/whatever/comments/4p7f/update_2_on_my_87year_old_father_who_had_covid19/

This would be like an assault victim being killed by the ground. When deciding the cause of the death, we should look for the reason behind the events. In a world with COVID, everyone is affected by it. Thus, everyone who dies, is killed by it.

In a world with COVID, everyone is affected by it.

By people's responses to COVID-19. We didn't have to take such an extreme response.

    such an extreme response

Wow. Are you one of those anti self defense people? Do you believe that a victim of an assault is obliged to have ideal self control, know every law and avoid using a better weapon? I find this position a bit ridiculous.

In times of crisis, people have to think fast or die. They have to rely on their instincts.

Some people run, some fight. Some institute global totalitarian regimes.

If you want someone to blame, blame Corona.

This is a false equivalence. Comparing the totalitarian response to COVID and the right to self defense makes no sense.

    Arguing with an obvious joke?

Intuit blames people for imperfect responses in a life-threatening situation. People who want to restrict self defense do the same.

My mistake, I've seen so much crazy stuff lately it's hard to tell what is a joke anymore.
