They were never counting anyone as recovered from covid 19.

So if you had a positive test in March and got hit by a bus yesterday you'd still go down as a covid death.

So, it looks like they realized they were overcountong by an extreme amount and then decided to overcount by a slightly lesser extreme amount.

England is about to open up its schools, and its R value has been hovering at 1.0 for a while. So they'll be glad to find they can fix their statistics instead of shutting something down to let their schools open up.

And everyone goes “America is the laughing stock of the world” when meanwhile we are counting people as corona deaths that didn’t even have it and other countries are hiding their corona deaths.
