Oh, I'm not saying you said they were a hoax at all. I'm talking about the users of this sub in general, who seem to think mask regulations are some sort of government conspiracy.

Don't know what to think of it honestly - there are mandatory mask orders in place, but the science on the effectiveness of masks preventing the spread of respiratory illness is anything but conclusive. I know 'common sense' aka 'groupthink' dictates that masks are super effective and will help us combat COVID19, but actually giving an honest look at the science, it puzzles me why they are being pushed.
