Do we need to still shelter in place? Our answer is emphatically no.

Do we need businesses to be shut down? Emphatically no.

Do we need to test them and get them back to work? Yes we do.

I personally don't see that the testing is really even necessary. I guess for tracking the infection rate. I think the disease is going to have to move through us, and I don't think a vaccine will really prevent that.
