One point of Contagion that makes it different from Covid is that in Contagion almost everyone who gets it dies. With Covid only 2%, or less, of the elderly or people with co-morbid diseases, will die. The CDC and NIH are doing all they can, including paying doctors to diagnose as Covid, to bump up the death toll.
