Yum! We had ham, onion, and cheese omelettes this morning with bacon and sausage links. It will be the traditional chicken popperkosh with the in-laws tonight. Edit: .....and mushrooms in the omelette.

How are you keeping your eggs from sticking to the stainless-steel pan?

I wish I had some thawed bacon, and we ate all our sausage camping, but it was also a 3 egg omelette, my apologies to LL Cool J, so it was enough for both of us. Chicken popperkosh sounds good, never had it. Don't tell Mel

I used a tablespoon of butter to keep anything from sticking.
