That's the good stuff. Fried chicken is messy but worth it.

This wasn't too bad, seems like the more oil I use the less messy it gets. Just a thin layer and it'll splatter my whole stovetop, this I think just had a few sputters. Disposing of used cooking oil is a bitch though, you're supposed to dispose of it the same way you would motor oil. Not sure anyone actually does that though.

an empty can and then freeze it. add til full, then dump on trash day.
guess that’s not protocol tho.
