It's almost "bruschetta benedict" but I don't want to insult these fine foods.

  • season tomatoes with salt and pepper and crushed red pepper
  • cook tomatoes on stove with much chopped garlic, for 1 cigarette
  • toast english muffin, add butter then cream cheese
  • top with tomato and garlic mix and chopped basil
  • be amazed that you made something tasty
