Looks like elevated Hamburger Helper. I'm sure it tastes better. I'm wary of those powder pouches with a gazillion ingredients in them. Just to clarify, it looks much better than Hamburger Helper and I'd eat your dish before that shit. Great job as always.

    It was really simple, just 3 super mild serrano peppers, salt, ground beef, a little butter and flour to make a sauce to coat the noodles that you can't really see.

    I learnt yesterday that originally Italians just put lard and a little cheese on pasta and all the different sauces are a relatively recent invention.

    Cacio e Pepe is delicious. It's interesting that the tomato wasn't introduced to Italy until the 16th century. The Italians basically reinvented their cuisine over it.
