The wife found this recipe from an online KETO community. For some reason, she cooked bacon strips and then cut them, up instead of dicing and then cooking it.

1/2 package chopped bacon

1 package andouille sausage

1 head of cabbage, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

onion powder, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper

I spy with my little eye a bottle of Tony Chachere's. Looks awesome. I like your kitchen too. It's small like mine, I know that's a pain, but yours is a lot less cluttered!

3 cooking posts in one day! I think this might be a new record for the sub.

You're the cooking pusher around here, so let's keep it up. The wife wants to try more KETO recipes, but I'm not sure she can handle them. I'll post as we cook new meals.

As soon as I get some other projects done, I'm going to remodel this old kitchen. It's functional even if it's dated.

I can eat cabbage multiple times a week. We're looking for other recipes with it. In my single days, I used to make a dish with shredded cabbage, ground turkey, chickpeas, garlic, and diced tomatoes. I'd eat it three nights a week.

I'll add that to my recipes. Thank you.
