Just finished making myself some pulled bbq beef. It's both my meal now and the wife's lunch tomorrow

I didn't take a picture. It looks like pulled pork. Tasty but not the most photogenic thing.

I was surprised how many people on reddit objected to me making my wife's lunch because of some machismo thing. I save $8-$10 a day when we eat my food per person for just one meal.

I like cooking, and I like saving money.

I don't know, some people used freaked out in CA kitchen over it, and even on gender critical here. Obstensibly they were angry over my verbiage but that's too far ridiculous to be taken seriously. I was agreeing women aren't predisposed to be better at shopping, cause my wife sucks at it. We'd be living off frozen waffles and cottage cheese if she did the grocery shopping/cooking.

I hate pork, but I like BBQ, so that sounds really good lol.
