Easy pesto pasta thing I made earlier w/sun-dried tomatoes, mixed grilled peppers, peas, and some chicken I just mixed with dried herbs and olive oil.

That's got nice colors. I love pestos, usually go with a mayo base to make it creamy. Not too authentic but tasty.
For sure, trying to bulk up and these things are always easy to make and taste good.
