I do a rotation just like what you're talking about with frozen meats. Usually chicken breast, top round, and ground beef and just figure something to make based around the protein. Since I was given sodium citrate as a birthday present there's been a lot of cheese sauces too. That stuff is awesome but it's making me fat lol.
The sweet potatoes were on sale for Thanksgiving and I've been sick for a couple days so it was nice and easy to just toss one in the oven.

I'd like a girlfriend one of these days but my wife is really against it.
