With direct-to-individual marketing now through entities like Amazon, Google, and Facebook, how practical would it be to specifically target an individual for state sponsored mind control? Would it be like the old hypnosis style of mind control, or more subtle type like the use of repetition and positive/negative association? The government already pays these companies for data collection, so why not a more proactive use?

Is that symbolic of the world's population as a circle, with half missing/dead, more than a quarter remaining as a minor sliver of slaves, and less than a quarter minority of the circle is perhaps the status quo, deep state, and enforcers, and the final too-small-to-see invisible 0.000,01% ruling class with the majority of the off-the-charts wealth/control?
