I am still pissed off so much, I don't see any bright spot and whatever could stop this is seemingly unlikely to ever happen soon.

Still, I (regretably) have/want to stay in the US, I work but I still live with my family (my sister lives here with us too). I'm going to continue working how I can, but I am uncertain of how much longer I have a future for.

I feel like the exodus that felt inevitable a year ago is not necessarily the case right now. We have bastions of freedom like Florida, which has given a little bit of guts to gutless places like Texas, and a few others.

IMO people should keep making plans to move if necessary and building up their own independence regardless. Don't panic or lose sleep or anything, but don't forget to stay alert.

Even Disney supposedly is going to focus on better stories and worry less about wokeism (we'll see I find that hard to believe).

I have a hunch that media pushes leftism hard during Republican administrations, and dials it back during Democratic ones.

I don't remember media being unwatchably bad under the early and mid Obama administration, for example. That only happened around the time Trump got in.

It would make sense if the same were true for Biden - Hollywood hasn't actually changed their minds, they just know they'll lose their entire audience if they keep shoveling crap.

As someone who moved to Mexico, I wish more people would take this seriously, rather than be like "Oh well, they have only increased the death rate by 40-50% so far, so false alarm, nothing to see here". It seems people will cling to their sense of normalcy no matter what.

What is Mexico City like?

No idea. I live in Chihuahua State. It is good in certain ways, but we need a bigger community here.

This is my view as well. If there is a place that feels more safe than the one you're currently in, you should be making plans to move there (or at least have a contingency plan) not putting it off because things aren't immediately dire.

This is actually something I have been considering very seriously.

I agree, I am surprised that the Left has done so badly. Next congressional election will be the final test. So there may be no urgent need for an exodus after all. But I still prefer the Mexican Mennonites to Americans if I could only convince my wife to move.

It's still good to make plans just in case things get so bad that moving is inevitable. And an "exodus" out of California and New York was absolutely necessary to get to this point.

It's bad everywhere worldwide. Funny thing is, USA is (at the moment) probably one of the best places to be in, liberty-wise.

I agree. In terms of real freedom the USA is still the best (with some variations by state). Other countries have their appeals, but mostly due to things like friendly tax policies or less government oversight.

Don't disagree with this, but communists don't have anything to do with it. Klaus Schwab and the WEF, Pfizer, Bill Gates, MSM. These are neoliberal stakeholder capitalists with privately owned capital doing the fuckery here.

No change there then. The Jewish Bolshevik regime was installed by the banksters.

Very true, the ones that think they are fighting for communism are actually fighting for Amazon, Pfizer, and all mega-conglomerate corporations, which is sort of hilarious if it wasn't so destructive to our lives.

What the left want isn't even really communism either, its some weird new capitalo-socialism. Free child care, UBI, Free College, etc. They don't want government control of the means of production, they just want free shit.

The plan seems to be let a few mega-corporations have total control of the world so long as they are wiling to pay for our rent and groceries.

Well put.

The claptrap pseudoideology was just a tactic to plunder resources. Once the bad guys control everything it is just a case of farm management. It seems their farm is overstocked and so a cull is needed.
