I've been doing my research and Uruguay is on the top of the list right now - fairly easy to bring my dogs to and not that complicated or expensive of a citizenship application process.

I have a 5-year plan to get there, I hope that will give me enough time.

Plus a good friend of mine from Argentina (now lives in the US) recommended Uruguay as the best place to escape to. Been browsing pictures. Looks promising.
