Why God, why did this get to go to the point where the bad guys win? What about the good guys?

The bad guys are just much smarter than the good guys. I have some exposure to the elite. I raised venture funding in Silicon Valley. I had a fairly long interview with Bill Gates in the early days of Microsoft. And George Soros was in my parents' social circle. All of these guys are highly intelligent. The only good guy that I know of with this level of intelligence is Putin. No American conservative comes close to this level of intelligence. So of course they lose.
