Well, the first guy, Mohamad Safa, who started it might be nefarious. I couldn't find much on him, besides he either makes his money on UN charities and bureaucracy, or he's a trust fund kid who does that to have something to do.

The rest are washed up celebrities. I think stupid is more likely than evil.
