Isn't Kyriakos Mitsotakis the one that was against Greece's austerity measures or am I thinking about a differ Kyriakos?

I got about 50 pages in, it's basically exactly what you would expect. Kind of reads like it's designed to brainwash world leaders in to compliance through guilt, imo
