I know that all members of the House or the Senate, I forget which, maybe both, are legally protected from insider trading laws. But maybe that STOCK act happened when I wasn't looking. They also have all of their sexual misconduct stuff dealt with in secret and paid off by taxpayers. Both of these were covered by the Daily Show way back when - but only once each (I would have harped non-stop about it).
