In my country we have a race of neolithic people.
They dont act nearly as badly as Black people.
Thats not to say they dont act bad, but uneducated Black people have some how managed to elevate criminal behaviour and degeneracy into a fine art. And then they blame it on white people and slavery.
Their celebration of this 'culture' is a cultural and genetic dead end.
