It's been many years since I used that little misquote trick on a forum. So what's your time estimate? Al Gores' was 2014. Which is long past when the world was to end in the 80's. And how will embezzling and laundering funds via taxes pretend to solve this 'problem'?

Putting words in other peoples mouths is not paraphrasing. When you put it in a Quote window it is a misquote meant to belittle and insult.

No, "I'm too dumb to understand the impacts, therefore there are no impacts" is a paraphrase of what you said.

I put it in a quote window so that you'd know is was a paraphrase of your comment. You're reading comprehension hasn't been at secondary school level lately, so I didn't want to confuse you.
