There's only a few cases where something like that is implied, and they're probably all forgeries anyway. In the vast majority of cases his openness toward the goyim is stressed.

Surprisingly, a lot of the Judaizing rewrites were done by the proto-Catholic church. The reason for that is because they were demonizing and scapegoating a Christian named Marcion for everything, and his theology was anti-Judaism to the point that he believed the Old Testament god was the demiurge and not the same as "the Father". So in response the early church edited their documents to support the opposite view, despite not caring for it much themselves outside of their slapfight with Marcion. Among them are such lines as "Don't think I have come to destroy the law", "Go only to the lost sheep of Israel", and "to the Jew first and also to the Greek".

I already explained why those stories are forgeries. And even if the "dogs" one is real, we don't know the context or the tone. He could've been testing the lady to see if she'd fall for Pharisee bullshit, or acting out a parody of it. Either of those would make more sense considering he immediately turns around and praises her.

I believe in them. I'm also aware that humans altered them to some degree, which is obvious to anyone who has read them. All but one of the anti-goyim propaganda pieces appears only in the gospel of Matthew, meaning it was added by its redactor who clearly had an agenda. And the historical battle between the Catholics and Marcionites provides strong evidence that the "Judaizing" material is among the forgeries. If you think it's bad in the gospels then you aren't prepared to see how different Paul's writings were.

Neither of those say anything about Jews and gentiles.
