Slavery existed well before politics. Politics is impact economics. Slavery was around before this. It was economically beneficial for those who enslaved. Everyone knows low labor cost equal more retained earnings/profit The issue is GREED not politics. (1 TIMOTHY 6:10; 2 TIMOTHY 3:2; HEBREWS 13:5)

Trump is a prime example. He isn’t a politician yet his entire life has been characterized by GREEDY pursuits. What would he be willing to do if slavery was still an option in the US? His businesses operate out of China and perhaps other countries where labor cost remain extremely low but what if they could go even lower by instituting slavery?
