New research: Christ and Messiah are NOT the same thing.
Jiminy 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun 27 days ago

Interesting topic worthy of discussion. There's no new research here tho. As far as I can tell messiah does mean Christ, just a Greek translation. And yeah there have been many messiahs in Judaism. Christianity is a different religion tho obviously.

GOD WARNED me in a DREAM about DRONES! - REVELATIONS OF JESUS CHRIST [56.42]

21:16 if they got the ability to black out and be

21:23 undetected that's what they would do because if they're not, there's lights

21:29 on these drones and they're clearly being seen is because whoever's behind

21:35 it wants them to be seen wants the public to talk about

21:42 it to create anxiety fear

21:47 confusion turmoil chaos

Praise God that he does not give us a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind. There is nothing to fear except doubting God's word and his promises. We should spend more time listening to God than we do listening to the world. Many have not even read the Bible from cover to cover even one time in their entire life that God has given them on Earth. That is why lies and evil prosper, because this generation has forgotten God. They do not know him or his word. It's important we stay rooted in God's word so as these storms come we will stand strong, trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ, who has all power over heaven and earth.

You should give the scriptures a read, you might find something interesting in there.

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

I am certain the real historical Jesus did not view himself as a King, as he made no attempts in unjust tyrant rulerships. I suspect the addenum of "Kings" or "Kingdom of God" is more likely added on later in the historical books by those greedlings obsessed with unjust tyranny and "rulerships".

Jesus had only spoke the words of God and teachings on ethics on noble deeds, and his way of life is more like a preacher beggar traveller on the streets, which is the opposite of a greedy evil rich king / ruler. And many passages in the bible and historical evidences support this observation.

He certainly did not treat his fellow people as "servants" beneath him! But instead he beckon them as fellow lambs under God, in a fellowship to live a humble life of virtues and adequate means, instead of the evil wicked excessive greed of the ultra-rich.

I don't think that that's exact if we're talking about 1 Cor 7:4

1 Cor 7
3 The husband should give to his wife what is due her and likewise the wife to her husband.
4 For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; likewise, the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.

I think he meant nothing more than that a married couple should not abstain from sex, except by mutual agreement. As he clarifies in the following versus:

1 Cor 7
5 Do not deprive one another except perhaps by agreement for a set time, to devote yourselves to prayer, and then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

Paul was big into everyone being asexual, as he was. And he writes that if unmarried people can hack it, it is best that they remain unmarried.

1 Cor 7
8 To the unmarried and the widows I say that it is good for them to remain unmarried as I am.

But if they can't hack it, then they should marry:

1 Cor 7
9 But if they are not practicing self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to be aflame with passion.

So Paul sees marriage as less good than asexuality, but necessary for some people as a release valve for burning with passion.

He's not talking about the wife having authority over the husband's body, or vice-versa in terms of other things, nor even that during sex he has to do with his body what she says or vice-versa. And Paul's opinion of sex was that it shouldn't really be enjoyed, but just performed to keep a lid on the "burning with passion".

In my personal opinion Paul may have been a little bit over-eager to see his own asexuality as a gift of holiness from God. But perhaps I'm doing him an injustice. He seems to have suffered with pain as well as persecution over his condition, whatever it was.

2 Cors 12

6 But if I wish to boast, I will not be a fool, for I will be speaking the truth. But I refrain from it, so that no one may think better of me than what is seen in me or heard from me,
7 even considering the exceptional character of the revelations. Therefore, to keep me from being too elated, a thorn was given me in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me, to keep me from being too elated.
8 Three times I appealed to the Lord about this, that it would leave me,
9 but he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.” So I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.

So perhaps his humility was sufficient.

Depends on how good he is in bed.

Without Paul we'd all be Jewish!

Imagine being Paul back then. You're arguing with Jesus's brother James and trying to explain to him why cutting skin off your dick is retarded.

How about a humble king who gives his own life, and is raised from the dead by his father, in order to save his servants from their own sins because of his love for them?

There is a major difference in concept between "Servant King" and "Tyrant King". It is fine in theory in all about how more benevolent to the general masses a "servant king" might be.

But there is very slippery morale/ethics slope with "rulership" as history has repeatedly proven. SUch as greedy abusive lying hypocrites rulers, who demands "do what I say not, what not what I do".

I think Jesus was preaching to poor people, who hated rich people. Similar to these days. And said rich people would not be in the kingdom of god, which was heaven on earth, which meant kicking all the Romans and corrupt Jews out of Jerusalem. Which Jesus's followers accomplished in 66 AD meaning Jesus's prophecy came true.

None of this is from my Bible quotes :p
