Racist post title is misleading. The article doesn't mention blacks (though we can guess, re. the names). The problem in this case is not that they are black or in a hood (also not mentioned) or that there was a quota (also not mentioned), but that lower income folks (of all colors) are have been turning to crime in order to earn a living (also not mentioned in the article). This is a result of class warfare, of the 1% against the 99%. The US isn't returning to this (even if that too is a mixed cast).
