In my area, I have also seen people and firms from Texas, New Jersey, and the D.C. area buying up houses and apartments. New housing is slowing and I am seeing existing homes staying on the market longer and even dropping in price. All the realtors I know think the end is near. Interest rates have to go up soon to put inflation in check.
