What is a Rorate Mass? How is it different from a Norvus Ordu Mass?

I learned that my university's church is having one soon. I want to know specifically how it's different from an NO Mass so I'm not taken by surprise by anything and look like a fool haha.

This might not be the only explanation of what it is, there might be a Novos Ordo version. I think it is specific to the start of Advent, so it might not be exclusively traditional or separate from post VII.

Ah, got it. Thought it might be like a separate type of Mass.

Any thing that takes up space and has mass is known as "matter". So at least you know mass matters.
