I wouldn't mind Wasp or Roadside Picnic, or a previous suggestion was Ted Kaczynski's manifesto.

I think his manifest gets you put on a list.

I have watched a few documentaries on him. Apparently he was brilliant.

Thanks Panzer!

I believe we read one of you suggestions last time. It was a great read.

🙏

You are welcome. I have some more suggestions ... will leave them for future endeavours ...

Yeah the book was really good I enjoyed. I'm stoked to have good suggestions for reading that I wouldn't have known about, and people to read it with.

Got kinda busy and forgot to take notes/post about the readings towards the end but I'd love to read some more books with you guys

I bet you enjoyed the sex robot fight finale.

I skimmed over that last part. Diddnt really recall that. But now that you say that. Hahaha. Man that was great.

Did you see everything everywhere all at once?

It’s like a family guy episode.

I did actually, I didn't know anything about it but wifie really wanted to see it. The usher taking our tickets was gushing about the movie, figured we were in for something good. That was pretty wild, Kafkaesque.

Bullet Train was good too, less esoteric but also a little unconventional.

Would you recommend bullet train. I skipped it because it had so many stars.

It's not life changing or anything but we really enjoyed it.

It’s all good. It feels like we’re all having fun.

Any suggestions for the next book? I can make an announcement on Friday, and have the book checked out by Friday prob too.

We all get busy. I think one post per week will be it. It also seems like we’re at a book per week.

I meant to bring up Book Club, shit had gone crazy for me, any final thoughts on the book? I thought it was a little anti-climatic, so they're just going to have another war, and the humans are all dead, so what's the point? It's like leaving the appliances on at home, going out, and dying, and the appliances become self aware and wage war.

But it was a fun read, like a robotic wild west.

I think I will do a once a week post, like on Friday

Fridays and the weekends tend to be some of my busier times, I'd prefer early or middle of the week.

I mean, I can write the post Friday night and post on whenever. No big deal.

I really enjoyed the book. It became super predictable, almost too much foreshadowing. I enjoyed “discovering” new things about the world. They diddnt need to tell me everything about the sea of rust and the wastelands prior to it happening.

The book was written by a director. So, the sorta canned ending leaving room for a sequel makes sense. I though it was good all around.

I enjoyed the discussion of war, and what it does to people. It’s provoking enough to make me want to read more and learn more about war.

For sure robot Wild West. I’m or WALL·E. lol.

Any ideas on the next book? I think we might be able to take from the last list. I really enjoyed his book.
