there are no absolutes, but on a scale of being based, Russia, Iran and NK at least make it onto the charts. China is barely above Japan/Singapore and thats about it lol. Actually even Japan just banned all foreigners from entering using the virus as an excuse. Something is seriously wrong with China right now....no idea whats going on behind the scenes. Even Russians claim RT has been turning into another mainstream western outlet rather than a true Russia one.
