James Richard Finch was released from Brisbane jail and deported to the UK in 1988, at the height of the Fitzgerald Inquiry Into Police Corruption then underway - supposedly to prevent his testifying to that body - that was to hear evidence of a snuff porn op at Queensland University run by the Israeli Intelligence Agency Mossad, which had been raised intermittently in evidence presented to previous inquiries into police and political malfeasance in Queensland!
