Leaving out race, 1% of men commit over 90% of all crime.

Just lock them up no matter who they are and the rest of us can just get along.

They are not raised right, they are raised without a father, their mother spoils them. They don't learn right from wrong. They don't pay attention in high school and flunk out, and become career criminals.
