I agree with you. Hispanics invade suburban neighborhoods like weeds, and then it's "game over."

Yeah there is a city in Pennsylvania where Hispanics unironically went from 5% in 2000 to 63% in 2020. Whites went from 93% in 2000 to 33% in 2020.
So many Hispanics do this around America. It is easy because the border is wide open. I have never seen blacks do this at such a high frequency in such a short time.

I saw it happen with blacks in New Orleans East, but there was a major economic factor that precipitated it (collapse in the price of oil).
