I like the meal replacement shakes. I'm partial to Soylent Strawberry, but only because the other ones suck and they got rid of the best one, Soylent Cacao (now it's this sickly sweet Creamy Chocolate crap).

Is this a soy joke or are they actually good?

I dig em. 400 cal/20% daily allowance of all vitamins and minerals. Good amount of protein. Beats fast or junk food as a meal option. Ideally I want to use this for most meals and then occasionally spend the time and money on making a decent meal and actually sitting down to take my time and enjoy it. That's the goal of most meals, right? Nutrition over taste?

I heard that Ryan Gosling fattened up for a movie role by drinking melted ice cream all day every day.

Technically any food can be ground up and placed into a capsule a gel cap which can be purchased at many health food stores.

You're not going to put rocks or dirt in it the only thing you can eat is food nobody's figured a way out around that.

You can almost live on peanut butter so if you wanted you could stuff gel caps with peanut butter maybe using a syringe you could make capsules that you could live on.

Rice is one of the most basic foods that you can live on basic rice and some sugar

I read somewhere that some people just shove dead rodents up their ass and somehow they get nutritional value from that maybe you'd like to give it a try

When I was much younger I found half a dozen mice out in a field and I brought him home and put them in a fish aquarium with tree branches and dirt and rocks and leaves and whatnot and they bred like crazy pretty soon there was two or three hundred mice running around and do you know the parents will eat their young if the young don't get up and get moving

Open your mouth, and close your eyes, and you will get a big surprise.
