/u/HibikiBlack has 11 of 22 of the top posts on the front page of SaidIt, at this time of posting. I suspect he's sock-puppeting AGAIN. What should be done about this persistent problem that is unfair to other people sharing content?

Hibikiblack got caught in the past boosting his own stuff with alts. I see Socks do it on the regular now though, and Hibiki's stuff is a lot more interesting, so... Meh.

There's apperantly some vote manipulation going on. To be fair, the vote count on some of my posts seems rather inorganic, but it could be because I'm being targeted as well.
