You know my stance. YTA. What kind of vegetables you eat is so small a matter that it's perfectly normal for her to think it's an exception even in spite of your agreement. We all want our privacy to be respected, but it's no longer reasonable when it disrupts the natural flow of her conversations. You're too controlling, and also abusive.
